Legal grounds for the processing of your personal data is the provision of our services based on your request, legitimate interests of our company and third parties (which above all stem from the character of service provided, possibility of a dispute arising between you and the provider regarding the services provided, and our obligation to document the nature of services provided to paying customers of our services), and fulfillment of legal obligations (prevention of criminal activity, fulfillment of requirements according to legislation regarding the protection of personal data, accounting and fulfillment of obligations according to tax laws etc.).

Who will be handling this data and whom will the data be transferred to?

The enquiry you have submitted is normally transferred to a development company, owner, or subject managing a real estate. For this reason, while processing your enquiry, we may provide specific third parties with your personal data. Notice for the period from 25 May 2018 pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/ES (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation”): We inform you, that you can, at our company, as the administrator of your personal data, exercise your right to:

  1. request access to your private data, which we are processing, as in the right to obtain, from our company, as the administrator of confirmation, whether personal data related to you are being processed or not, and in the case of a positive answer, you have the right to gain access to this personal data and other information specified in Article 15 of the Regulation,
  2. request correction of personal data, which we are processing, in the case of the data being incorrect. With respect to the purposes of processing, you have, in certain cases, the right to request also the supplementation of incomplete personal data,
  3. request deletion of personal data in cases modified by Article 17 of the Regulation,
  4. request limitation of processing of personal data in cases modified by Article 18 of the Regulation,
  5. gain personal data related to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another administrator, conditions and limitations of which are defined in Article 20 of the Regulation, and
  6. you have the right to raise an objection against processing as understood by Article 21 of the Regulation for reasons related to your specific situation.

Processing of a request

If we receive your request, as defined in the previous paragraph, we will inform you about measures take without unnecessary delay and in any case within one month upon receiving said request. This deadline may, if needed and with respect to the complexity and number of requests, be postponed by two more months. Were we not to take the measure that is the subject of your request, we are obliged to inform you, without delay and no later than within a single month from receival, about the reasons for not taking said measure. In this respect, please note, that in certain cases defined by the Regulation, we are not obliged to fully or partially fulfill your request. This will be the case, in particular, if your requests are evidently unfounded or unreasonable, in particular in cases of repeated request. In such cases, we may (i) charge you a reasonable fee which takes into account the administrative costs of providing requested information or communication, or performing requested tasks, or (ii) refuse to fulfill with the request.

If we receive your request, but we will have a reason to doubt your identity, we can ask you to provide us with additional information necessary for verification of your identity. Furthermore, please note, that in cases where you suspect that our company is processing your personal data without legal ground for doing so, or otherwise violates your right, you have the right to raise an objection to the supervisory authority, that is, the Data Protection Agency, or you have the right to request judicial protection.
